Return/Refund policy

Faulty products/ Wrong products (wthin 60 days of purchase): send to customer. Just take a picture of these products and send it to our email (talbot_shoes@live.com), we either give you a voucher to get shoes of the same price or we might ask you to send these products to us and we will refund you the transportation cost plus the cost of your purchase ( proof of tracking number and cost of delivery have to be provided).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (6 to 17 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 9 business days). For Cyprus refund can be made within one week due to short distance.

Please retain a proof of postage and the tracking number.

Please note that mail returns can vary from 5 to 15 days with standard post.

Change products

International:You can change your shoe size by returning the shoes within 100 days from the day of purchase and we will send you a new one, the cost of sending and receiving the shoe is covered by customer as Talbot is working with low profit margins and free delivery options for international online purchases. You can also send the products back and get a refund (transportation is not covered) All shoes have to be unused.

Cyprus:As we are based in Cyprus we can offer three way free delivery. We will send you the goods, you will send it back in case of size/model change and we will send you back for free again. Please contact us on 96619661 to explain the procedure.

Delivery time

Shoes to Cyprus need 1-2 working days. For customers all over the world delivery varies from 6 to 17 working days with normal post. With expedited delivery (fast delivery) 3 to 9 working days. With datapost ( super fast delivery) 2 to 4 working days.

Additional Delivery information
